HOW TO USE

Before use:

• Avoid using around the eyes or on the Adam's apple.
• It is recommended to remove all metal accessories and jewellery before use.
• Start on the lowest setting and gradually increase the intensity to a comfortable level as you continue use.

To use:

• Power on the device by pressing and holding the power button, then briefly press the button to select your desired intensity level.
• Double-press the power button quickly to switch between the Red LED or Blue LED modes.
• For optimal absorption of skincare products or mask packs, use the device once to twice a day for 5 to 10 minutes per session. Keep the device head in contact with your skin and move it continuously without pausing in one spot.
