The Alternative Press 10th Anniversary Poster by Derek Hess, featuring a head with a birthday cake and ten candles, was created for a two-day concert in Cleveland back when AP was based there. Derek said, "It was a great line up for both days, including Helmet, Flaming Lips, Jawbox, Soul Coughing, Girls Against Boys and many more. The Nautica Stage is an outdoor venue so it made the shows all that much more special. I have the figure’s right arm coming forward and bent holding the mic that leads the eye back into the figure, back to the left arm, keeping your eye from going off the page."
