In the early 2000s, Hiroshi Fujiwara played a pivotal role in shaping Nike’s design language through the HTM initiative, a collaboration with Nike CEO Mark Parker and designer Tinker Hatfield. HTM aimed to merge innovation with high-concept design, and Fujiwara’s minimalist, detail-driven approach brought new energy to lifestyle and performance silhouettes. He helped elevate Nike’s global credibility among fashion-forward and street-savvy audiences, especially in Japan. Among his standout solo projects was the 2008 Nike Air Footscape HF TZ ‘Fragment’ collection, released in collaboration with his Fragment Design label. The series came in red, black, and volt colorways, updated with sleek premium materials and subtle Fragment branding, retaining visual simplicity. Limited and released as Tier Zero exclusives, these Footscapes exemplified Fujiwara’s knack for transforming niche models into covetable icons - now highly sought after. These remain in amazing condition, with OG box. See policies before purchase.
