Bubble waffles (also known as Hong Kong-style waffles) are a twist on traditional waffles, featuring a unique bubble-like texture. They've won the hearts of fans worldwide and are becoming increasingly popular in both Europe and Britain alike.
Pour 1 kg of the mix into a bowl, add 1 litre of water and 250 ml of vegetable oil.
Mix for several minutes until a smooth, uniform consistency is achieved.
Bake in a hot waffle iron at 180°C for approximately 3 minutes.
To make "cone" waffles, roll immediately after baking and set aside to cool.
