Wolves from Sonoma is known for making particular expressions if you will. And the second offering from the Rye Project runs with that notion. There’s absolutely nothing ordinary about this producer. From the imported Brandy still to innovative concepts, every respectable home bar should sport some of this NAS goodness.

What we have here is a blend of various 6 and 7-years-old Willett Distillery Rye and whiskey from an undisclosed producer from Indiana. It even cranks up the ABV (compared to Batch 1) to 57.35.

It’s a deliciously layered Rye with a long finish worth trying. Especially considering this batch is all we’re ever going to get. Do not waste time on this one.
